Juneau - Alaskan Malamute

The puppies have arrived - all in good condition and with a healty appetite..

We believe it will be a nice match between Akela and Haiko - a combination, which mainly goes back to Nanuke-lines with a touch of Williwaw and StormKloud.

Haiko is a dream come true for every breeder. Haiko is almost two years old now in January and he really still is a little puppy in his head.

Haiko has already proven himself in the show ring from a baby on. He is a Multi "Best Baby In Specialty Show", and Multi "Best Baby In Show" -one of these shows was the most prestigious show in Belgium: The Brussels Dog Show.
Every times with more than 40 other Baby's of various breeds. All in all Haiko has more than 5 "Best Puppy In Show" and several "Best Puppy In Breed".
Haiko has several BOB og Group placements in European Shows - among these "European Puppy Winner 2008" Junior Championship in Luxemburg and "Reserve World Winner 2009"

Haiko has a really kind temperament and he needs his hugs whenever he can get them from us, so he absolutely loves being inside the house together with us and Frodo, our first Malamute. The two male live together and they can't do without each other.
They really enjoy playing and running in the garden, and they go out of their minds if they go mushing together with my husband in the woods.

We are glad for Haiko's winning, but even more thrilled of the comment from the judges:

Mrs. Vics, USA: "I wish we had Malamutes like him in the States, he's got it all excellent breed type, feet, bone, angulations, gorgeous head, big coat with the correct texture and a sound, balanced movement."

Mr. Paul Baelen, Belgium: "Better than him (Haiko) it doesn't get, I have judged all over the world for many years, and I've never seen one like him (Haiko)."

Mr. Alcrudo, Portugal: "This is an Alaskan Malamute..."
